RAM Mount Trolling Motor Stabilizer w/Long Arm
The RAM Mount Trolling Motor Stabilizer with Long Arm (RAM-108-DU) takes the bounce and vibration out of a bow mount trolling motor while protecting the head, shaft, and mount from damage. It pairs a long double socket arm with a 2.5" round base using the universal AMPS hole pattern and a single strap base that fits rails from 0.5" to 2" in diameter. Powder coated marine grade aluminum with a 1.5" rubber ball. Backed by a lifetime warranty.
What It Does on the Water
A bow mount trolling motor takes a beating when you're running across rough water or loading the boat on the trailer. The RAM-108-DU clamps to the trolling motor shaft with a strap base and connects to a fixed point on the boat with the double socket arm, holding the motor steady and absorbing shock so the head, shaft, and mount don't take the full impact. The strap fits rails from 0.5" to 2" in diameter, and the maximum allowable distance between the boat mounting surface and the lowest point of the trolling motor shaft is 12". The long arm gives you more reach than the standard arm version, which works well when the mounting point is further from the motor shaft.
