Complete Boat Rigging Services

Complete Boat Rigging Services

Boat rigging is the foundation of how your electronics, trolling motor, and accessories perform together as a system. Poor rigging leads to interference, voltage issues, unreliable networking, and long-term failures. Proper rigging prevents those problems before they ever show up on the water.

Our boat rigging services are designed around real-world use. We plan wiring runs, manage power correctly, and integrate components so everything works together cleanly and reliably. This allows us to handle everything from simple upgrades to complex, multi-display networks without cutting corners.

Boat electronics installation services, livescope installation services, and trolling motor installation services are treated as parts of one complete system, not isolated jobs. Every rig is planned based on how you fish and how your boat is used.

Boat Electronics Installation Services

Modern fishing boats rely heavily on electronics, and performance depends entirely on how they are installed. Our boat electronics installation services focus on reliability, clean workmanship, and long-term durability.

We install fish finders, chartplotters, networked displays, sonar modules, transducers, and complete electronics systems on both fiberglass and aluminum boats. Wiring is routed cleanly, power is managed properly, and connections are made to hold up in real fishing conditions.

Boat electronics installation services at Ben’s Marine are built for anglers who want dependable performance, not rushed installs. Every system is tested, configured, and verified before the boat leaves our shop.

Rigging Boats for How You Fish

Every angler uses their boat differently, and rigging should reflect that. Some setups prioritize livescope installation services and forward sonar clarity. Others depend on trolling motor installation services and precise boat control. Many require full boat electronics installation services that tie everything together. We take the time to understand how you fish, where you fish, and what matters most to you. The result is a rig that makes sense on the water, not a generic setup that looks good on paper.

LiveScope Installation Services

Forward-facing sonar delivers results only when it is installed and set up correctly. Livescope installation services require careful attention to mounting, cable routing, power isolation, and system configuration. We install forward-facing sonar on trolling motors or pole systems depending on how you fish and how your boat is laid out. Cable management is handled to prevent binding, wear, and signal issues. Power is isolated properly to reduce interference and maintain consistent performance.Livescope installation services also include system setup and calibration. Displays are configured, settings are optimized, and the system is verified before delivery so you can fish confidently from day one.

How We Approach Boat Rigging at Ben’s Marine

Boat rigging at Ben’s Marine follows a consistent, proven process designed to eliminate issues down the road.

We start with a conversation about your boat, your equipment, and your goals. From there, we evaluate existing systems or plan a new layout. Wiring paths are planned, equipment is selected or confirmed, and timelines are set realistically.

During installation, we focus on clean workmanship, proper connections, and thoughtful integration. Once installed, systems are powered up, configured, and tested to ensure everything works together properly before the boat leaves our shop.

FAQ

How much do boat rigging services cost?

Pricing depends on the scope of work, equipment involved, and complexity of the installation. Many of our most common boat electronics installation services, livescope installation services, and trolling motor installation services are listed with pricing in our Ben's Services collection. Reviewing available services there provides a good starting point before requesting a final quote. For questions or custom projects, call (218) 820-9781.

How long does boat rigging take?

Most boat rigging installations are completed within one to two days once the boat is in our shop, depending on the system and overall complexity. Many customers choose to drop off their boats on Sunday and pick them up later in the week, often on Friday. We typically need up to two weeks of lead time prior to drop-off to plan the project, review the setup, and order any necessary parts so the installation itself goes smoothly and stays on schedule.

Do I need to bring my boat to your shop?

Most boat rigging services are completed at our Merrifield shop to ensure proper setup, clean workmanship, and quality control. We also offer mobile rigging services for larger projects when it makes sense based on the scope of work and location. Mobile rigging is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a mobile rigging quote, contact us at sales@bensmarine.com with details about your boat and the work you are looking to have done.

Can you integrate new equipment with existing electronics?

Yes. We regularly integrate new electronics, trolling motors, and forward-facing sonar with existing systems when compatibility allows.

Do you offer support after installation?

Yes. If you have questions after installation or need adjustments, we are available to help. We also offer optional on-the-water training sessions that can be purchased and scheduled separately.
