The RAM Mount Large Tough-Claw with 1.5" Ball (RAM-B-400-3U) is a clamp-style mount base that attaches to round, square, and odd-shaped rails from 1" to 2.25" outer diameter without tools. High strength glass-filled nylon construction with corrosion resistant stainless steel hardware and rubber pads for a secure, non-marring grip. The 1.5" C size rubber ball connects to any compatible C size RAM arm or socket component. Made in the USA with a lifetime warranty.

What It Does on the Water

The RAM-B-400-3U handles the largest rails in the Tough-Claw family, covering 1" to 2.25" OD. That range covers most boat gunwale rails, T-top frame tubes, roll bars, and larger trolling motor shafts. No drilling, no screws. The quick-engage claw locks down firmly and releases just as fast when you need to reposition. The rubber pads grip the rail without scratching or marring the surface. The 1.5" C size ball connects to any compatible single or double socket arm.
