RAM Mount Diamond Base w/1.5" Ball

The RAM Mount Diamond Base with 1.5" Ball (RAM-238U) is a powder coated marine grade aluminum diamond base with a 1.5" C size rubber ball mounted at right angles. The 1.25" x 2.5" diamond plate has two mounting holes spaced 1.912" center to center, positioned at both ends of the base. A straightforward component for building or extending a RAM mount system with a 1.5" ball.

What It Does on the Water

This is a flat surface base component for building a 1.5" ball RAM mount system. It attaches to a flat surface through the two mounting holes on the diamond plate and provides a 1.5" C size rubber ball for connecting a compatible single or double socket arm. The right-angle ball orientation keeps the arm running parallel to the mounting surface, which works well on console tops, gunwales, and dash panels. Powder coated marine grade aluminum holds up to UV and saltwater exposure.
