The ComfortMax material is UV resistant and built to resist mold and mildew, which matters on a boat that sits in a wet dock or gets exposed to the elements all season. It folds flat for better clearance when you're running the boat or working around the deck, and it fits standard boat seat pedestals. The 400 lb. weight capacity covers just about every angler.
