The Garmin Black Quick Release Plate lets you pull your Garmin Force or Garmin Kraken trolling motor off the bow fast, without tools. It's built to handle the thrust loads, torque, and vibration those motors put out without any flex or movement when locked in. If you trailer your boat regularly or want to secure your motor when it's not in use, this is the mount to have.

What It Does on the Water

The quick release plate locks the trolling motor securely to the bow mount and holds alignment under load. When you're done fishing, the motor comes off in seconds. No loosening bolts, no wrestling with hardware. The locking mechanism keeps the motor from shifting during operation, which matters when you're running a high-thrust motor in rough water or making hard turns on the trolling motor.
