When you are moving from spot to spot, the Beatdown Ultimate Shorty Quick Release lets you lower your electronics close to the deck. At the next stop, the reverse-telescoping tube brings the unit back up to the height you need, anywhere from deck level to 17 inches. Two locking collars keep the mount at that setting.

The oversized knobs turn by hand, even when you are wearing gloves. The quick-release base lets you take the mount off with one turn of the knob when the boat is headed down the road or the graph needs to be stored. Put the mount back on, and the base locks it in place.

The mount is made in the USA from 6061 aluminum and 304 stainless steel. It fits Garmin, Humminbird, and Lowrance fish finders. The package includes the graph mount and an under-deck plate. Mounting hardware is not included.
