RAM Mount 2" x 5" Rectangle Base w/2.25" Ball

The RAM Mount 2" x 5" Rectangle Base with 2.25" Ball (RAM-D-202U-25) is a powder coated marine grade aluminum base plate with a 2.25" D size rubber ball. The 2" x 5" plate has pre-drilled holes at each corner for surface mounting. At 0.69 lbs., it gives you more surface area than the 2" x 3" base while staying lighter than the 11" x 3" universal plate. The 2.25" D size ball connects to any compatible D size RAM arm or socket component.

What It Does on the Water

The RAM-D-202U-25 bolts to a flat surface on your console, dash, or gunwale and provides a 2.25" D size ball connection point for a D size arm and display cradle. The longer 5" footprint gives you more bolt spread than the 2" x 3" base (RAM-D-112BU), which can help on surfaces where you need wider spacing for a solid mount.
