The Humminbird HELIX 7 CHIRP MDI GPS G4N is a control head only model built for anglers who are adding to an existing Humminbird network or connecting to a Minn Kota trolling motor with built-in sonar. The 7-inch sunlight-readable display runs MEGA Down Imaging and Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar, giving you clear detail on fish and structure down to 1,200 feet with the standard transducer or 3,500 feet with an optional 50 kHz transducer.

What It Does on the Water

MEGA Down Imaging gives you a detailed, almost photographic view of structure and fish below the boat. Dual Spectrum CHIRP lets you switch between wide and narrow beam angles to cover more water or zero in on a specific area. Internal GPS with Humminbird Basemap covers 10,000+ lakes and coastal areas. AutoChart Live maps your own lakes in real time with 8 hours of built-in storage.

One-Boat Network connects this unit to your Minn Kota trolling motor, Talon or Raptor shallow water anchor, and other Humminbird units on the same Ethernet network. Bluetooth handles anchor control and software updates. NMEA 2000 connects to compatible marine electronics. The keypad interface is easy to operate with gloves on or in rough conditions.

No transducer is included. This unit is compatible with MEGA Live 2, MEGA 360, and Minn Kota US2 sonar systems.
