The Humminbird HELIX 7 CHIRP MDI GPS G4 is a 7-inch keypad fish finder with MEGA Down Imaging, Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar, and a transducer included in the box. Internal GPS with Humminbird Basemap covers more than 10,000 lakes and coastal waters across the continental US. AutoChart Live lets you map your own water in real time with 8 hours of built-in storage.

What It Does on the Water

MEGA Down Imaging gives you a detailed look at what's directly below the boat, down to 75 feet at MEGA frequencies or 400 feet at 455 kHz. You get up to 3x more detail than standard Down Imaging, which can make a real difference when you're trying to identify structure, bottom composition, or fish holding tight to cover. Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar runs alongside it in Wide Mode for broad coverage or Narrow Mode when you want to focus on fish arches and finer detail.

This is the G4 model with MEGA Down Imaging only, no Side Imaging. It runs a single Micro SD card slot and does not support NMEA 2000 or Ethernet networking. Compatible with LakeMaster, CoastMaster, and Navionics charts via SD card. Also compatible with AIS, autopilot, and Minn Kota US2 Sonar.
